Chip Rose is the Director of The Mediation Center of Santa Cruz and a certified as a Specialist in Family Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Chip is a well-known divorce mediator, practitioner member and member of the board of directors of the national Academy of Family Mediators.

Chip is past-chair of the Santa Cruz County Bar Family Law Committee and lecturer on family law with the University of California Santa Cruz Extension.

Chip is the author of Collaborative Family Law Practice (available through Mediation Center Resouces for $29.95) and The Creative Solution column in the quarterly Mediation News.

Chip offers a one-day seminar on Collaborative Family Practice throughout the United States.
